Luxury hospitality brand, W Hotels, was on the verge of launching their new website. The site housed a section that streamed tweets directly from the global twitter handle. The problem was, they didn’t have a Twitter account, nor had they established a strategy for Twitter. I was tapped to chart a course and be the voice.
After defining the role of Twitter for them, I took control of the account. W Hotels’ passion points acted as my guiding light for uncovering what’s new and trending in fashion, music, and design. Using a tone of voice I developed for the brand, I organically skyrocketed the follower count into the thousands within months.
